Audio & video project created by the musician and producer Humberto Ribeiro, Controle Technique is a collective of ideas and audiovisual production, passing through various music styles, mainly synthpop, rock, disco & pop music.

Controle Technique´s songs are composed by the producer himself, but counts also with partnership from Brazil as well as from abroad.  Though, presenting live with bass, guitar, drums and sequencer, C.T does not call itself a band. But bets on intuitive music expression, free of pre-concepts established by one or other mechanism.

Humberto´s musical path started in the 80´s, when the producer moved to the US where he played in two rock bands: first Dear Life (Boston, MA) sharing stage with such bands as Skinny Puppy, Wrathchild America, Sick Of It All, Mighty Mighy Bostones amongst others. The second band was the Californian band Systems Collapse, that had Jon Hudson on guitars, now a days in Faith no More. By the end of the 90´s, already in Europe, he’s worked for CANAL + (Belgium), making trailers for the movies produced and or shown in that channel.

Back in his home country, in 2001 it was time for the electro-organic band Zemaria, in which he’s  played and produced with his fellow band-mates, releasing two albums with them, with songs included in many compilations around the world.

In 2009, Humberto Ribeiro before Controle Technique was part of the cultural project Omelete Marginal, representing the State of Espirito Santo in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Curitiba. That same year, he released the video clip for the single Doctor Love with eightyish influences and electro pop beats, gender most used by the music producer. The video clip’s production that caused enough repercussion counted with great help of a team of friends and artists.

In 2010´s first semester, C.T. releases it’s first album, Doctor Love, with nine original songs plus the remix of Doctor Love, produced by the French Dj Karl Johansson. The album´s mastering was done by Renato TourCo and features the fellows compatriots: Alex Cepille & Perez Lisboa (Joe-Zee), Leandro Pádua (Trepax) and Gui Almeida, besides the international singer & song writer from Belgium, Sachel. This same year, another video was released, Be My Lover (Truth), shot with a webcam, also available on C.T.´s youtube channel.
